Meet the Team
Judy Kim Fashion Designer

Judy Kim is a multi-disciplinary fashion design executive with 20 years of experience driving creative direction and delivery of exceptional products to Fortune 500 retailers. With a unique understanding of design, retail strategy and manufacturing, Judy can effectively translate concepts into a commercial profitable success. As the former Vice President, Judy oversaw the creative team of one of the largest private labels brand International Concepts at Macy's (500M+ revenue). Judy enjoys, cooking, travelling and yoga in her home city of San Francisco. In her spare time, she works with local non-profit groups, SFMADE and Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center providing retail consulting to women business owners.

Victoria Boppert

Victoria S. Boppert is a New York City based technical designer.  She is an industry professional with a career spanning over 10 years. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, like Aeropostale and Ralph Lauren, as well as startup fashion brands such as Free x Rein and Orsden. Now Victoria is proud to be a member of the Hada design team. She has worked with a diverse number of products including sweaters, denim, and technical ski apparel. She has worked across size ranges from children’s sizes to women’s plus sizes. She also has extensive knowledge of garment construction, pattern making and production. When Victoria is not working she enjoys sewing, cooking, and hanging out with her family. 

Lisa Sullivan

Lisa Sullivan has 20+ years omni-channel merchandising expertise, specializing in digital, with top retailers such as Gap, Sephora & J.Crew where she managed businesses with annual revenue upward of $300M. She also worked in start-up environments where she developed e- commerce growth strategies for media accounts with HBO, FOX/FX and Discovery Networks. She now enjoys helping smaller brands define their e-commerce goals and measure their success. In her free time, Lisa loves to cycle and is a certified spin instructor. She volunteers at her boys’ school, enjoys cooking with her husband & watching dramas.

Jennifer Mcalister

Jennifer is a passionate, strategic merchant with 20+ years’ experience in buying, planning, merchandising, and product development. By defining KPI’s and leveraging data, Jennifer consistently delivers unbiased and actionable strategies that inform, focus, and inspire the design and merchandising process. Jennifer’s past roles include the Brand and Product Director for International Concepts, Kenneth Cole and Armani Exchange as well as buying for Macy’s and Lord and Taylor. Her most notable accomplishments were driving the Inc Brand to the single largest year (+$500M) and launching INC denim. In 2017, Jennifer founded j3merchants, a company that provides strategic services to wholesale and retail partners who do not have the resources to make the most of the data available to them.

Jasmine Reynolds

Jasmine is a Creative Brand Strategist with 10+ years experience in the fashion/retail industry. She's led multimillion dollar, creative campaigns for national retailers including Macy's, Kohl's, Neiman Marcus & Bergdorf Goodman. It's been both her job and passion to unearth emerging consumer trends to inform design & product development for private label and luxury brands. In addition, she was the Design & Marketing Director for the Marlow Group in Brooklyn, where she spearheaded innovative brand collaborations and collateral across 6 restaurants, 2 publications - and the Wythe Hotel. In 2016, she founded Kaur Design to develop creative strategies and assets for clients. Her current ambition is working with the United Nations to promote sustainable fashion practices, as well as sitting fireside with a cup of coffee, her husband, two daughters - and a cat named Hank.

Jennifer Poppers

Jennifer has deep experience driving buzz-building programs for fashion and beauty businesses domestically and internationally, from start-up organizations to publicly-traded Fortune 500 retailers. Jennifer also brings to Hada a wealth of corporate, financial and crisis communications knowledge. Most recently, she oversaw public relations for the international franchise operations of Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic. Whether reintroducing Esprit through strategic storytelling to consumer and business media, bringing a horse to Jimmy Fallon’s 30 Rock studio on behalf of Ralph Lauren and Prince Harry’s first official visit to the US, or developing entertainment collaborations to leverage timely hooks, she is focused on developing breakthrough pr and integrated marketing strategies.
